Store Policy

Any product that is defective or damaged upon delivery should be refused.
Do not sign for any product that appears to have been damaged during shipment. Your signature indicates the product was recieved in good condition.

Any product that is defective following delivery is covered under the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced based upon the terms of the manufacturer's warranty within the warranty period.

Order Delays

Orders generally arrive in 10 - 15 days and usually ship direct from the manufacturer.

Order delays may arise for several reasons

Please be sure to clearly identify any and all options, sizes, colors, etc. when placing your order.
Please be sure to provide your phone no. & E-mail address so we can contact you about your order.
We are not responsible for delays related to manufacturers out of stock items or other manufacturing delays beyond our control.

Returns

Custom items are not returnable.
Returns of any kind requires a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA).
No returns will be accepted without an RGA # clearly marked on the returned merchandise.
Returns of non-damaged goods will not be accepted beyond 10 days from POD (Proof Of Delivery).
Returns within the 10 day period are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Any and all returns must be shipped via prepaid freight.
We will pay any related shipping cost's related to returns of incorrect orders.
There may be additional requirements for returns based upon the manufacture's return policies.

Cancellations

Cancellations may not be made after 24 hrs. of when an order is placed.
After the 24 hour cancellation period orders are subject to the return policy.
